Nobody can actually tell you the actual date of conception because sperm can live for five days in you and you can catch the egg a day after ovulation so leaves many days that sex could of led to a baby and if you don’t use opks glow could be wrong on your ovulation day. You’ll have to wait for a dating ultrasound and the doc can give you an estimate
