Back to working out
From the beginning of my pregnancy I had placenta previa so my doctor had me on pelvic rest and told me to take it easy, so I cut back on workouts and was only walking outside.
I am so relieved- my placenta finally moved enough and I’m back in the gym.
Since I got pregnant, I’ve already gained 17lbs- I’m hoping by being back to my stairmaster for at least 45 min a day I’ll be able to either maintain or at least limit the weight gain so she is a healthy little girl🤞🏼
22 weeks and 4 days, going to try to workout as long as I can- feeling sooo much better 😊💪🏼💦
