*with my first born i never produced longer than a month*

i had twins about 2 weeks ago, i produced about 2-3 oz in my right and about 2 in my left every time with a steady drip. and i pumped about every 2-3 hours. well about 2 days ago i couldnt pump for about 4 hours and got pretty hard. now im producing about 1 to 1 and a half oz in my right and maybe 1 to 1.2 oz in my left.. and i pump every 3 hours. am i not producing anymore? what can i do to keep going?? much appreciated🤗
