Answer

Ramzi says that boys implant on the right side of the uterus and girls implant on the left. In a transvaginal scan, this will appear opposite- like a mirror image.

So, if baby looks to be on the right side of your picture, it’s a girl.
If baby looks to be on the left side of your picture, it’s a boy.
It’s only about 96% accurate, but it worked for me! 
This is my baby boy’s scan at 6 weeks, 3 days. (He is almost 22 months old, now- on right!)
