Pelvic vs abdominal cramps?
I’m 6weeks 3days and most of my cramping has been in my pelvic region. It’s very light and intermittent and I’ve had no spotting or blood but I’m worried that I should be having more abdominal cramps since that’s where the uterus is expanding and stretching. Anyone else?
