divide L to R 
Add L to R 
subtract L to R

Since the 3 is surrounded by parenthesis by itself that makes it multiplication. 
You do the 6^2 = 36
That gives you 36/2(3)+4
Divide by 36 by 2 that gives you 18
So your problem is now 
18(3)+4 
18(3) =54 
+4 = 58
