I need to loose weight.

Hey girls💗 I had a baby 5 weeks ago and I feel completely back to my self so I want to go on a diet and loose some weight, I don’t have time to go a gym or anything so what’s the best way to do when eating better? What should I cut out or just any Advice that will help I want to loose a stone and a half.. I’m 11 stone / 154 pounds and I’m 5 foot 3. Iv obviously put some weight on being pregnant 😒 Iv been going for long walks to town and when ever I can which is the closest I’m getting to working out
