evap or true positive? mid day pee. I'm going crazy UPDATE #2

i know it's a blue dye test which aren't the best. I'll be retesting tomorrow morning. but what do you guys think?? nothing came up right away but after 5 minutes it looked like this. I've had plenty of Evaps before but never one like this especially since the line is blue.
