I have pcos

I have always had irregular periods i had surgery june 1st to remove a cyst in my uterus and i bled and pussed from the cyst the same day and he said no sex for 6 weeks and that the surgery would increase my chances of getting pregnant significantly i start my period june 29th ended july 3rd i started trying july 9th- july 19th and missed my end of the month period or beginning of the month period i am now 24dpo and 8 days late i have been testing ever since after ovulation its been over a month and im feeling no hope but after hearing peoples stories of how they ended up getting positives the next month i feel like there is a small chance i want to get blood work but dont want to look stupid i know for sure i did my two week wait
