Vegan Preggo Smoothie
Here is my daily smoothie:
1 organic banana
1/2 cup organic frozen mango
1 big handful organic baby spinach
2 tbsp organic ground flax seed
1 tbsp organic crunchy peanut butter
1 tbsp organic cocoa powder
1 cup organic almond milk
Lots of iron and it's really yummy. Hopefully I don't get an aversion. Anybody have a go to they eat/make everyday?
