Cramping already?

Trying not to be a worry wart 😣 but I have a very large SCH and am at risk for preterm rupture so just wondering if other people are also having cramping? Also getting some tightenings. Help!

Cramping is quite common! It happens due to our uterus and all down below stretching to make room for our growing bean. You also might get what’s called round ligament pain. It can be one sided too and sometimes more of a sharp pain. I think the only time for concern is when it’s so bad nothings helping and it won’t go away. Sometimes round ligament pain will be really bad for like a minute when you make. Sudden movement but it will go away. I worry at every pain and every little thing due to a previous chemical pregnancy but just stay positive! Stress isn’t good either so just stay calm all will be okay! ❤️ best wishes
