is this implantation bleeding?

so im about 9-10 dpo and started bleeding a couple hours ago. its a very light flow and only a little bit has gone on my pad. I have an ovarian cyst and usually periods are extremely painful especially the first day but im not feeling those extreme cramps right now, just dull cramps off and on. I really hope this isn't af 😬 im not supposed to start for another 3-4 days
