15dpo cramps no AF

Hi,

So I’m 15dpo with cramping like AF is going to arrive. I’m actually two days late. Dry CM which is totally unlike me even before AF. Sore breasts since after O. I rarely get sore breasts but they have been well bad with big veins running through my nipples (a preg sign for me for DD1 and DS1.) I had HG bad in both pregnancies and MC in the past but I’m feeling quite well. Took a hpt before missed period at the weekend but only got an evap line. Is there a chance of pregnancy?
