first time ttc

so based on my chart/calendar if I think I can pin point when I concieved (if I am pregnant) when should I test? I am currently 6 days late with my period but tested yesterday with a bfn. I believe I am 16 days after conception (if I am pregnant) when should I test next?

I have a few symptoms but am trying not to get my hopes up!
