We announced to close friends and family right away. We announced on social media today at 11 Weeks. Was going to wait till 13, but we decided to share a little early. Every child deserves to be celebrated. ❤️

I announced at 5/6weeks! My last pregnancy had no complications whatsoever. And I decided if I ended up miscarrying for any reason I would want the support of friends and family. I understand why some choose to keep quiet but I was in and out of the hospital this time with bad hypermesis from 7 weeks on, and it was nice having people understand why.

My family all knows but I haven’t told work yet. I’ll be 13 weeks tomorrow. I’m already showing so I think it will come out soon. I’m just overly nervous 😟 I work in an environment that’s 95% or more male. Out of 90 employees there’s only a handful of women. The company has never had a pregnant employee in the past. The lady that runs HR has been with the company for 30 yrs and she doesn’t have any children. I’m worried she won’t understand.
