What's wrong with me!

I am 23 years old (almost 24) my husband and I have been married for almost 4 years. We have been ttc for 2 months. I am almost a month late and I have taken 7 pregnancy test 1 of those was a blood test and all were negative😕 I am having pregnancy symptoms and a missed period I'm normally very regular up until now! I went today and had more blood work and an ultrasound! Has anyone else had this problem help!!!
