How often is normal ?

What is considered a normal amount of sex between couples? I’ve noticed now that I live with my boyfriend it has gone down to about once a week, twice if I’m lucky. We used to have sex 3-4 times a week! I’m definitely craving it every time I see him but I’m not sure if I should say anything or leave it be.

Everyone is definitely different and I think I’m different times effect it. When we first started it wasn’t very often and then I got on birth control and it happened 2-3 times a week. Now it’s a bit more once a week or once every two weeks. Mostly because we’ve been focusing more on my mental health and working on it. And once in awhile my health will prevent it. I’m sure once things get better we will be back to how often it was. If you however feel like it’s not enough then talk to him. I notice for other reasons where my partner doesn’t even realize how long it’s been.

Well me and my man have been together 9 years and married for four and we do it about two times a month but oral at least four times a week for both of us. Everyone is different and tired at different times. Don’t worry!

my husband and I have been together for 6 years marriedjust about 3 years and we have sex every other day typically it's rare we go more than 2 days in between and we have 3 kids so nothing stops us. we had a few months 2 years ago where we slowed down to every 3 days because we were so stressed and exhausted from both working long hours but we ended up talking about it and it changed quickly. if it's something your wanting more sit him down and talk about it

There is no normal. Every relationship is different, and trying to benchmark your relationship is unhelpful. It’s better to focus on yourself and your partner. Are you satisfied with the quality and quantity of your sexual encounters? If no, then talk about it. If yes, then great, but also talk about it. You don’t want to limit the “talking about sex” to only times when one or both of you isn’t feeling satisfied. If you feel good about it, you should want each other to know that. If you’re not feeling good about it, then identify why and talking about it.
