Help! Spreading rash & no insurance

I just recently realized this rash that is spreading. It is ridiculously itchy and I don't know what to do for it. What could it be? It is on my neck, stomach, and shoulders. It is really red from me scratching. I have no insurance to go to the doctors to get it checked out and I am worried. It keeps getting worse. Also, please ignore my stretch marks. 🙄
