Implanon?

Please tell me why too I'm considering getting it but unsure heard both bad and good reviews

I loved my implanon. I had it for 4 years and I never had a period on it. I got off of it because my husband and I decided to get pregnant again

It's now called Nexplanon. But I love mine! I think it's perfect and I don't have a period at all. No problems or side affects for me! But every person is different.

Just got it a month ago and had bleeding for 10 days straight. .?... still a little unsure about itbut have faith!

It was ok I had heavy bleeding but it did it's job had it 3 years. I just got pregnant the day it was taken out so be careful when it's removed

I've gotten implanon twice. It was great for me because I really didn't want to get pregnant and I am too scatterbrained to remember a pill everyday. I had some problems with my period for the first few months but then didn't have a period at all for the ret. the time. When it was up I liked it so much I got another. That time I did still have a period but it wasn't bad, every couple of months (I didn't track it so not sure exactly). I have no complaints about it, and will probably get it again when I'm ready to stop having kids.

I have had 2 implants in the last 5 years- I found it very good but fidget side effects such as spotting and poor sex drive.

I'm almost at the end of my second one and the only thing I can complain about is that I've put on a bit of weight (which could probably be down to lifestyle changes) also my periods are all over the place but they've improved a lot I used to only get 3 or 4 days a month without AF but now I get a week off every couple of weeks so I'm happier.

​If you do get one I would recommend sticking with it for at least 6 months to a year before deciding as I know people who had a bad few months to begin with but it evened out and now they love it! You don't have I think about it for 3 years!

I had mine for a few months then had it taken out due to hormone issues that my body personally can not deal with but I LOVED this 4 of bcI lost 10 lbs while on it and felt amazing I highly recommend
