Curling hair help?

This may sound like a stupid question, but how do you get your hair to stay curled all day? I have to go to a wedding soon and would like to do my hair but every time I try, by the time I finish curling my whole head the first half is already basically straight again. I've tried hair spray but it doesn't do much, am I doing something wrong?

Get tresseme curling mousse. Put it in all of the hair you’re gonna curl before you curl it then comb it through so it’s on all of your hair. Do it in layers if you need to, and curl it in small pieces spraying it lighting with hairspray after taking it off the curling iron. Also make sure the mousse is completely dry in your hair before you start curling. If your hair is damp at all it won’t work right. Good luck!
