MIL and baby registry = help !!!

My husband and I are expecting our first baby. I am 23 weeks and we are so happy.

Since we announced it to our parents 2 months ago, my MIL did not call or write once about the pregnancy and the baby (gonna be her first grandbaby).

My parents are over the moon and helped us do a baby registry.

Long story short is the only thing my husband asked my MIL to do is to send the list to a list of people (friends and family members) asap. She said no problem.

2 weeks later, he called her and she did not send the list to one person. she just selected everything she wanted to offer us (the list is already not that long) and wrote everywhere it was from her. and then deleted those items. and sent us the money for these items.

He told her it is very nice but she was supposed to send the list and not take everything down and if we could use the money for the things people will not buy, it will really help us.

she started yelling and said if we do not leave her name on the website showing exactly what she offered she will take back the money.

what do you guys think?
