Hello ladies,

I'm a bit confused from things I've read & what the fertility doctor has said. What is a good range for AMH & FSH levels for those of us over 40 (I'll be 42 in mid September)?

My levels were checked 1 month ago, 3 days before my menstrual cycle started(basically I got the bloodwork done on Monday & Thursday of same week I started my period).

AMH: 0.462 ng/mL

FSH: 4.3 mIU/mL

Currently taking Prenatal Vitamin, Ubiquinol (300 mg), & Vitamin E (no more than 200 IU)

**thyroid testing came back fine as well as HSG test, normal & regular menstrual cycles.**
