I actually got a really early vfl on a dollar tree test with my son, but I’m unsure about this test... anyone see a vfl??

I dont trust them or the walmart cheapies...i got faint line on all of them and now i am spotting nothing on panty liner but if i insert a q-tip and check i see that red creature
