Baby food ?

My son is 4 months and can sit up in his bumbo seat and highchair I set it up last night and put him in it. Can he start fruits or oatmeal cereal?

This is a question for his pediatrician. The recommendation is technically not to start til 6mo.
Also rice cereal is no longer recommended because it has zero nutritional value.
Once you get the okay from his pediatrician, start with veggies like peas or sweet potatoes. If you start with fruit, it's so sweet you'll never get him to eat anything else.

I say no never ever before 6 months as posted above it’s not recommended my a major major Heath organization (regardless of the doctor said it’s ok 🙄) 
We did baby led weening at 6 months after my daughter met all the requirements, never even did baby food ❤️ it was awesome
