Sea bands for nausea???

Hey ladies! Anyone have any luck using the sea bands to help with their nausea?? Just curious if it works well enough to purchase or at least try! 🤔🤔

I’ve been using mine and I feel like they work, I’m also taking unisom and Vitamin B-6 once in the morning and at night time.

I've had friends who says it worked. I haven't tried myself yet because due to the heat everyone would notice me wearing it 😂

I wear mine 24/7 & will notice a difference if they are off. Remember they are not instant

They help! What helped the most for me was vitamin b6.

They help a little, but keep in mind if you haven’t told people about your pregnancy yet, they’re going to know what the bands are. I bought them and can only use them at home for that reason.

I just got these at Safeway for $9! I don’t know how many are in it(dumb me for not looking) I’ll try them soon! I tried b6 last night before dinner and I threw up my late lunch🙄😩

my first pregnancy I got away with wearing a tight hair elastic around my wrist to help with nausea .. this time around it doesn't help much
