I'm not sure- sometimes even a different bra can make it seem so. It's a little hard to tell- is it easier to breathe!? That's how I always know.

I would say no just based on the picture. But Yep-easier to breathe is the big way to know. I am at 35 and 2 and still haven't- I can't wait to breathe better.
