2 months post abortion and no period 😥😥

I went through a surgical abortion 2 months ago and I still have no period or any signs...I was on a 21 day treatment for provera to help have a normal menstrual cycle again but still haven't got em...could o be pregnant again? I' was told only to get a birth control only after a 1st period post abortion so I was on the pull out method (ya so dumb I know)

And i have no symptoms of pregnancy I took 2 home tests which where negative but i still dramatically think I may be pregnant. ..help out please
