Pregnancy concerns, help?!

So this is gonna be lengthy. My boyfriend and I have sex, use a condom, never had one break or rip. He’s put his penis inside of me without a condom twice and just pumped a time or two then pulled out and put a condom on, he never ever has came inside of me without a condom on. The last time he did that was a week or two before my last period, which came right on the day it was due. Last time we had sex was last Thursday; again, with a condom. I could have sworn I felt a like bubble or something; it just felt off, but he checked and said there wasn’t any rips or anything and there wasn’t. However, my periods are always irregular, even when I was not sexually active. My breasts started hurting and I started getting moody last week, my cycle is supposed to start tomorrow. There is one issue I’m having though. There’s like a lump or something IN my vagina, like where my cervix should be. I don’t know if it’s my cervix or not, it’s low and feels almost like an oval?? It was firm yesterday but today it’s softened up quite a fair bit. I can barely reach it but I can somewhat move my finger alongside it, just barely. Would this be my cervix? If so it feels a little weird, this is probably TMI but I’ve felt my cervix before and this feels slightly different?? My back is killing me and I’ve been having some hit and miss cramps. Am I worrying about nothing? Just to try and make sure I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago around noonish, I took one First Response pregnancy test that was “early detection” by six days before a missed period and it came up negative. Do I have nothing to worry about?
