7 w 3 d had ultrasound with only sac, reassurance?

I went in a week ago for my first appointment and they only saw a sac. My levels are at 47000. So they were normal. Went in to get an ultrasound where they wouldn’t even let me see the screen. I freaked out and went out to one of those ultrasound places that sell packages. Saw a sac, but again no fetal pole or yolk sac. She didn’t really look all that well and my uterus is tilted so there was tons of shadows. We miscarried in April and i am so scared and worried seeing everyone else’s ultrasounds.
