choking?

so when I feed my baby she eats about 2 oz at a time,  she will make this noise like she is choking. it happens almost every time. I've tried putting her in different positions when she eats and everything but she always do it and it scares the heck out of me. does anyone know why this might happen or what I can do to stop it?  she gives me mini panic attacks every time and I hate it.

Are you bottle feeding? The nipple flow may be too fast.

There are slow flow bottle nipples!! It’ll slow her down. It gives her brain time to tell her tummy that it’s full. 
My 2 week old breast and bottle feeds and he makes all kinds of noises. But I always try to keep his head higher than his body. He’ll spit it before he chokes

It could be the flow is too fast for her or she’s drinking really fast

so it's out of a bottle?.. some babies start sucking so hard they pull nipple of the bottle too deep and start to choke bc they dont understand to ease up on the latch. she could even be just plain drinking to fast to keep up.

I am not sure how old your little one is, but if you are bottle feeding, the nipple flow may be too fast. If you turn the bottle upside down it should slowly drip from the nipple, not shoot out in a stream. If it is coming out too fast it might cause your little one to gag. Each brand is different, so you might need to find one that has a slower release.

she does bottle because we have a hard time latching. are there any bottles you guys would recommend to reduce the choking. it scares me so bad. I hate feeding her cause I get so worried. I feel like I can't take my eyes off of her for a second.
