breastfeeding
I'm due with baby #2 in October and I want breastfeeding to go more smoothly/last longer than it did with my son. I think he got frustrated trying to breastfeed because I had bottle feed him during hurricane Irma and he just got lazy. because of that, I had to strictly pump which ultimately led to my milk supply going down dramatically and it never cake back no matter what I did. I'm hoping I wont have to bottle feed my daughter so soon, but I was just wondering if there were ant tips on how to get the most milk breastfeeding and pumping to create a supply- 90% of the arguments my husband and I got in during the first months of my sons life were because I had a terrible supply, I want to avoid that this time around! so any advice or strategies that worked for you on how to pump and breastfeed successfully would be greatly appreciated!thank you!
