35 and havent used protection in almost 12 years 😑

new to the group, my husband and I have 2 kids, 16 and 11, we have not used any protection in a LONG time, going through the "check everything out" process now but it looks like i have PCOS, hoping to meet others and hear stories of success :) Prayers for all
