TMI - did anyone else get brown spotting like this in early pregnancy?

Here is my pregnancy test from this morning (one brand looked negative)

I’m almost 9 weeks pregnant and I’ve bled since the beginning. It started out at light light spotting , and then at 5 weeks I ended up in the hospital due to bright red blood and clots but there was a baby, and heart beat, and to this day there still is. Some women just bleed. No the clotting and heavy bleeding aren’t normal, but since then I’m back down to just spotting. 20/30% of women do experience bleeding in their pregnancy. Just try not to worry.

I’m 4 weeks as well and having that randomly.  My doc said it was normal as long as it doesn’t turn into blood blood and clots.
