When to start testing w/ OPK + preseed?
I started TTC last month and AF came. So I want to be sure I get more accurate and in tune as I keep trying. I’m on CD4 and plan to start baby dancing every other day once it’s gone. When is the right time to start using opk? Right after AF? To be safe? I did get smileys last month on CD 11 and 12. Also should I be using preseed every time we baby dance? Any help would be great! TY! 💜
