I hate my job

I’ve been working at Kohl’s for a couple of months now and I can honestly say I hate it there. I feel like I lack training in certain things, like I don’t know how to call specific people over the phone because we use numbers and not names. I was kinda thrown in.

My co workers gossip about anything and everything they hear, one day it got around that I don’t have a car. Like who cares?

I don’t feel comfortable approaching managers because they are all mostly rude and just plain mean to co workers for no reason. One has given me a bad attitude when I called to say I couldn’t go in that day due to family reasons.

Overall a negative vibe at Kohl’s.

Problem is that I can’t quit this job because it pays well, but I feel like I’m becoming a bitter person working there. I wish I could, but I feel stuck.
