So I’ve been wanting to start exercising for a while but never actually got up and did anything. I’m 22 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I’ve been working on exercise for about a month with either 2-3 mile walks in the morning with my dogs, small pregnancy safe workouts at home, or even just choosing a banana instead of a quesadilla 😅 I’m hoping to get myself a little more healthy before our boy comes so that when he comes in the winter it isn’t so unbearable. I’ve never been into exercising, I even faked things In gym to get out of it 😂 I also live in Alaska so weather conditions will affect my ability for the first 6months of our boy being here (December 13 is his due date). So with all of this, does anyone have any transformation stories or tips for staying safe, healthy, and toning gradually? All comments appreciated!
