Pregnant after miscarriage

I found out I was pregnant on August 3rd following a miscarriage last month on July 5th. I went to my Ob Monday just for hcg and progesterone level check. They said my HCG was 99 and progesterone was 12.18. Is that ok for how early I am? I go back tomorrow for another blood draw but I didn’t actually see my OB and won’t until September if my levels have improved... the nurse said I may have to do hormone therapy to help me keep this baby? Has anyone ever had to do that?
