Scared of Specialist Appointment

I’ve been having some medical issues (clogged ear, tonsil Stones, tight feeling all in one side) and have been referred to an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist. I have an appointment on Friday and I’m absolutely terrified that they are going to find something extremely wrong! Any tips on how to cope??
