Middle name?

Not sure if your moms name is Janette or Lynn but perhaps you could spell the middle name Berlynn or Berlyn? I do like the spelling Berlin and the name but just trying to help you find a compromise

People are going to be pushy about what they want. People started to get demanding when my husband and I got married. When they found out we were pregnant everyone was telling us what to do. 
Don’t go out of your way to be offensive or anything, but don’t be a pushover either. You don’t have to name your baby after your mom. It seems to rude to push that onto you in the first place.

Name you're baby what you want. It's nice if you want to do a tribute but it should come from your heart and be your choice or else it isn't much of a tribute. My dad practically assumed and demanded my son be named after him and I said no offense but no. I decided to give my son my grandfather's middle name instead because he died while I was pregnant. Your baby, your choice.
