my boyfriend and i have been dating for over 5 months now. (i say over because we were on and off for a couple months and then made it official). we’re both still in high school. we’ll be seniors this year, i’m 17 and hes 16. his parents are very religious (they’re christians) and they try to be super strict with him but they don’t really know what they’re doing because they’re both young. his parents want him to breakup with me because they think i’m a bad influence (when i don’t do anything...) and because they saw sexual messages between us once and they’ve even threatened him before about it and his father emotionally abuses him and this causes tension in my relationship with my boyfriend. i’ve been traveling for a month and a half and i’ll be going back home in a few days and i’m afraid it’s going to be really bad when i get home and i won’t be able to even see him because of his parents. him and i have talked about maybe waiting a year for eachother but i love him and want to be with him. help, i’ve been feeling extremely down about this. any advice?
