C section scar pains

I am 35 weeks and I keep getting the worst sharp pains on the outsides of my c section scar!! I have an appointment tomorrow but idk if I’m gonna make it through the night with these sharp pains! I’ve heard that it could be the scar tissue stretching but it’s weird that it’s only on the outsides of the scar on both sides! Any one else dealing or have dealt with this??
