8 weeks cramping and pressure..

Tomorrow I’m 8 weeks and my lower abdomen (like right in between my hips) kind of is like cramping/ sore and has a weird pressure to it. I forgot if this is normal because I haven’t been pregnant in 6 yrs so any input is appreciated! There’s no bleeding/spotting happening either!
