This is my first time on the app and to ask a question!👋🏼 Okay so I have 2 apps that are supposed to help me know when I’m ovulating and tell me the best time to conceive. My Flo app said I ovulated on Monday, 8/6 but the <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">Glow app</a> told me I ovulate today, 8/8. I have a 5 day period normally and my last cycle was 7/26-7/30. However I’m having a little pain in my lower left abdomen(around my ovary). Which day do you think I ovulated?? Trying to figure out which is more accurate. Thanks!!!
