Do you consider the beginning of the 5th month to be "5 months pregnant"? READ DESCRIPTION

This goes for every month, but do you consider yourself, at the beginning of each month, to be that many months pregnant?

For example, if I'm 18 weeks pregnant, that's the beginning of my fifth month of pregnancy. Do you consider that "5 months pregnant" or "4 months pregnant", since the fifth month has not yet been completed?

This is all subjective, so no one is "right", but what's your opinion? I personally think that the beginning of each month can be considered that many months pregnant because you're now in that month, even though you haven't finished it.
