I have 3 step children. Their father has full custody so they spend 98% of their time with us. Their biological mothers gets visitation for a couple hrs once a week. Keep in mind they are 5,6,7 years old and she has only been coming around for visits since Dec. 2016. They call her by her first name. I am supposed to be meeting her sometime this week and was wondering if I could have some advice for anyone! I’ve been with them everyday for a year now so we have a very good relationship and they do sometimes call me mom. We do tell them to call me by my name because we arnt legally Married yet and since they are so young we want them to also know that Amber (fake name) had them and she is their mom too. Any advice on meeting her?
