42 and Just Starting TTC

Hi all. I'm 42 and just started TTC. I got my blood work test results back. Everything looks good. Apparently I have a adequate reserve. My FSH was 9.3 but my AMH is 1.10. Husband and I just have seriously trying for past 2 months. I'm keeping my fingers crossed I can conceive.
