Hydrosalpinx and a cyst

I'm devastated and sadden I have Hydrosalpinx on my left tube and a cyst on my right. What sadden me is the Hydrosalpinx (Fluid in a tube.) I knew when I was hurting unaturally on my period last month I felt like something was wrong. I went to the ER today and they told me through ultrasound. I felt betrayed by fate because I wanted children of my own in the future. I heard the surgery for Hydrosalpinx cost and a lot and I'm hurting physically and emotionally...I was refarred to the obgyn and I might be in debt for this...I feel like I might drive myself in debt all because I might want a child in the near future. An 18 year old dream might be crushed due to a mere blockage of my tubes.
