Weed=no workers comp 🙃
So I work at a Mexican restaurant and I wear non slip boots to work every day and I wore these same boots to work everyday at my last job without incident and tonight my coworker spilled a large soda and didn’t tell anyone about it so I ate shit carrying a tray of 16 beer mugs
and got covered in glass and hurt my back but because I have my medical and smoke occasionally I can’t claim workers comp because I won’t pass a drug test.
