Is this okay
On May 19 i got my first ever period. It lasted for like 4-5 days and was literally like a spot (barely anything). I haven’t had anything since then but today on August the 9 I went to the bathroom and found out I have started again. I have an extremely heavy flow and kinda worried. Is this normal (I’m 13 btw).
