Nosebleeds??

I'm 14 weeks with twins and I have NEVER had a nosebleed in my life. My brother gets them often, but I never have. I just had my second one in a week. These are like, hang your head over the sink till it stops nosebleeds. Anyone else experience this? I was anemic while pregnant with my son when I got further along. Should I mention it to my OB to see if I need extra iron? Thanks ladies!!
